Can’t Find Your Model?

Not every Allwinner box has a public firmware guide. If your model isn’t listed above, work through these steps before you flash anything:

  1. Confirm your exact model name — check the sticker under the box and the original listing. Generic names like “T95” cover several different boards; a close-enough name is not close enough.
  2. Identify the chipset — H313, H616, H618, and older A10/A13/A20 chips all use different packages. The chip is usually printed on the PCB inside the box.
  3. Note the memory variant — DDR size (2 GB vs 4 GB) and storage (16/32/64/128 GB) change which firmware package is safe. Firmware built for a different memory variant can hard-brick the box.
  4. Ask the right community — the XDA Forums board for your chipset is the best place to request a firmware dump; search existing threads first, then post with your exact model + chip + DDR/storage info.
  5. Ask the seller — if you bought the box on an online marketplace, message the seller and request the stock firmware package for your exact variant. Sellers sometimes keep factory links.

When your device isn’t detected by the PC at all, see device not detected; if you’re unsure the tool you have is safe, read is PhoenixSuit safe.

Firmware FAQ

Q: Where can I download Allwinner firmware?

A: Stock firmware comes from the device seller, the XDA forums board for your chipset, or reputable community mirrors. Always verify the package matches your exact model, chipset, and DDR/storage variant — we do not host firmware files and recommend against random download links.

Q: What happens if I flash the wrong firmware package?

A: Flashing a package built for a different model, chipset, or memory variant can hard-brick the device (red LED, no video). Recovery is often still possible via the SD card method (PhoenixCard) using the correct package, but prevention — verifying exact model, chip, and DDR/storage before flashing — is far easier.
